Traditional Massage Therapy is full body and relaxation or zoning in on site specific areas. Customized and tailored to your needs for result oriented massage. This may include whatever tools I use like stones, cups, gua sha, therapy cream, heat/ice, and/or stretches along with multiple mixed techniques. Times vary so that you are able to pick the amount of time to appropriately address your needs. This includes prenatal, post surgical, all bodies, all ages.

This is truly a unique massage that turns the table into a warm water system. Water pillows create the hydrotherm massage and are for those who are physically limited, recovering from surgery, pregnancy, or just try it because it is amazing! The therapist is able to work under and over you all while you just relax because you do not have to turn over. You are face up the whole time. Problem areas are still able to be addressed as pressure is still light to firm depending on preference and need.
